The access to the personal section of the Ritm-Z portal is granted to the client when web-store servicing. In the personal section at real time it’s possible:
- · To view the orders processing from the moment of entering the order into Ritm-Z information system, passing through the all statuses from the confirmation to delivery, and also to look through the manager’s comments to a particular status;
- · To unload the full data on orders (order date, receiving method, order status, composition, customer contact details, manager’s comment) at any time and for any period, and to keep it in the required format as well;
- · To make reports on the statistics of orders and remains in stock. Thus, at any time customer can obtain relevant information about the balance in stock taking into account positions that are held in reserve;
- · To view web-store manager’s work procedures.
